How do I build a routine?

A simple order works well: cleanse, treat, moisturize, then target specific areas. You don’t need every step.

How should I try a new product?

Read the label and directions, and patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

What about shipping and returns?

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $50; below that it is $4.95. Delivery takes 6–12 business days, with tracking. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order; some conditions apply, for example to opened skincare products. Please see our Refund policy and Shipping policy for the details.
